Tracepoint

C.00 A&R Strategic Solutions

Built by people who have carried these findings.

A veteran-led firm in Las Vegas that brings military discipline to strategy, executive experience to operations, and a product engine that ships working systems for government and commercial missions. Its CEO is a Marine Corps veteran who saw these inspections from inside a unit, and its COO is a corporate executive of fifteen years fixing what audits find. Tracepoint is the workspace both of them wished they had.

C.01 Who we are

A financial management practice that built the tool its own work needed.

Who we are

A&R Strategic Solutions, LLC, is an SBA-certified Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business (SDVOSB), certified August 2026, and an SBA-certified Veteran-Owned Small Business, registered in SAM.gov with a CAGE code and UEI. We work in financial management, audit readiness, and remediation for Department of Defense components. Tracepoint is at Technology Readiness Level 6 under the DoD Technology Readiness Assessment Guidebook of February 2025, with a written threat model and independent verification ahead.

Why this product

The plan for a corrective action lives in the NFR Database or eMASS. The evidence, the working papers, and the record of who did what live somewhere else, in whatever each organization improvised. Tracepoint is that somewhere else, built on purpose.

How we work

Every claim the product prints, this site states, or a document asserts must match what the code does. When a claim implies a mechanism, we build the mechanism. When it cannot be built, the claim changes everywhere it appears.

C.02 The firm

One firm, three disciplines, no handoffs.

Most consulting firms hand over a slide deck. A&R was built on a different thesis: military discipline, executive business strategy, and modern software capability delivered by one integrated team, across federal, state, and local government contracting and commercial consulting at the same time.

Military precision

Founded and led by a Marine Corps veteran. Property accountability, chain-of-custody rigor, and decision-making under pressure are the operating culture, and they are the reason Tracepoint records who did what and refuses to invent a value.

Executive command

More than twenty years of executive leadership across seven countries: scaling startups, restructuring operations, and advising more than fifty organizations through growth and turnaround.

Working systems

A portfolio of shipped and deployable products on one proven engine, and government websites built to WCAG 2.1 AA with a working demonstration before award. We do not only recommend the system. We build it, test it, and put it in your hands.

C.03 Leadership

Two disciplines on every engagement.

Chief Executive Officer

A United States Marine Corps veteran and former Military Police and Special Reaction Team leader, with experience directing high-risk operations, supporting protective missions for senior government officials, delivering more than 300 hours of tactical instruction, and maintaining full accountability for more than $250,000 in government property. Seven years leading multi-location retail and wholesale operations before founding the firm. Holds a bachelor's degree in criminal justice and maintains Department of Defense security-clearance eligibility. He builds the firm's compliance, financial, and federal-contracting infrastructure.

Chief Operating Officer

An operations executive and startup consultant with more than fifteen years building and scaling companies across seven countries, from the United States and Canada to Hong Kong, Germany, Dubai, El Salvador, and China. Has advised more than fifty organizations through growth and restructuring, in some cases tripling revenue. Two decades of design and product work, and the product architect behind the firm's entire software portfolio, including Tracepoint. He also leads the firm's public-sector web practice.

Quantified performance figures attributed to leadership come from the founders' individual experience before A&R. Names and full profiles are on arssconsulting.com.

C.05 What else we build

Tracepoint is one product in a working portfolio.

Every A&R product follows one rule: no black boxes. Evidence in, verdict out, sources cited. Tracepoint applies that rule to audit remediation. The others apply it elsewhere.

GovConGenie

A capture-intelligence console for government contractors with an explainable eight-factor bid or no-bid engine, a compliance matrix, and citation-grounded proposal drafting.

Opportunity Radar

A rules-based discovery engine over the SAM.gov opportunities API. Every notice clears hard gates first, then is scored for capability fit and ranked with a recommended next action.

Echelon Nexus

A data-integration workspace with more than eighty connectors, fingerprint-based deduplication with client and server hash parity, and scheduled sync.

Municipal web and ADA Title II

Website redesigns for cities, counties, utilities, and special districts, built to WCAG 2.1 AA with a staff console and a working demonstration site delivered with every proposal.

C.06 How a deployment runs

Three phases, one audit calendar.

A Tracepoint deployment follows the audit calendar. Three phases take one reporting entity from its first register to a full cycle sustained, and each phase produces its own measured results.

01Months 0 to 3

Live pilot

One reporting entity, its findings register, and its normal review chain, run live. The register is imported with its lineage intact, controls are linked and confirmed, and the first packages go to reviewers, while the manual baseline is measured: labor hours, review cycles, rework, and aging.

02Months 3 to 9

Full findings population

The full findings population is in the workspace, and every export is validated against the live eMASS and NFR Database workflows. The software-approval pack for the Information System Security Manager is delivered with the integrity manifest.

03Months 9 to 12

Sustain through the audit test period

The product carries the work through the audit test period, with the repeat-findings measure and the closure record reported to leadership, and an independent review of the build and its threat model.

A deployment starts with one reporting entity, its register, and its review chain, through the Tradewinds pathway or any of the acquisition paths on the pricing page.
